Cancellation Policy
*24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
*Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appt will incur a 25% fee of the full service price.
*No show will be charged 50% of the full service price.
*All fees must be paid before rebooking.
Late Arrivals:
• A $30 late fee applies for late arrivals.
• A 15-minute grace period is provided.
• If you are 30 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled.
